Strengthening Vietnam’s seafood sector through data and risk intelligence

In November 2025, in Ho Chi Minh City, CRIF Vietnam participated in the seminar “Vietnam’s Seafood Industry – Adaptability to Global Market Fluctuations and Trade Remedies Regulations”, organized by VOV Voice of Vietnam in collaboration with the Trade Remedies Authority of Vietnam under the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

At the event, Mr. Bui Quang Thinh, Director of Business Development at CRIF Vietnam, shared insights on solutions to support seafood enterprises in proactively managing risk and expanding export markets. As trade remedies become increasingly complex, data transparency and digital risk analytics were highlighted as key enablers for strengthening competitiveness.

Key pillars for sustainable export growth

CRIF Vietnam outlined five critical factors to help seafood businesses adapt effectively to global markets:

  • Business transparency
  • Partner verification
  • Standardized financial data
  • Traceability
  • Market diversification

In addition, practical applications of data-driven tools were presented to support enterprises in enhancing risk management, strengthening compliance, and responding more effectively to evolving global trade dynamics.
