CRIF Vietnam contributes to advanced ESG reporting workshop for banking profession
On April 8, 2026, Mr. Nguyen Tung Anh, Head of Compliance, ESGÂ at CRIF Vietnam, delivered a training workshop as part of an advanced ESG reporting programme for banking professionals, organized by the Vietnam Accounting and Auditing Association (VAA).
The session focused on practical analytical capabilities that support the application of ESG considerations in credit risk assessment. Participants explored the three ESG pillars through a credit risk lens, including climate-related physical risks affecting collateral, supply chain risks impacting business performance, and governance-related issues reflected in financial indicators.
Alongside the theoretical foundation, the workshop also included hands-on exercises using ESG reports of listed companies, conducting assessments and scoring, and preparing ESG memoranda for credit appraisal based on a standardized framework.
